The information a Data Fiduciary must give a Data Principal when seeking consent — what personal data is sought, for what purpose, how to exercise rights and how to complain — made available in English or a language in the Eighth Schedule.
A consent record is only as strong as the notice it was given against, so notices should be versioned and each consent bound to the version and language actually displayed.
